1. Service

AI Visibility Guard ("the Service") monitors how AI assistants reference businesses by querying public AI engines and reporting the results. Results reflect what third-party AI systems returned at the time of each check; AI outputs vary and we do not guarantee any specific visibility outcome.

2. Accounts & plans

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of business information you submit. Paid plans include the limits (sites, prompts, scan frequency, engines) described at purchase. Lifetime deal tiers include the caps stated in the deal listing.

3. Acceptable use

You may monitor businesses you own or are authorized to monitor for (e.g., your agency clients). You may not use the Service to harass competitors, scrape at abusive volumes, or resell raw API access.

4. White-label reports

Agency plans allow rebranding reports with your own identity. You are responsible for claims you make to your clients based on report data.

5. Billing & refunds

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Marketplace lifetime deals follow the marketplace's refund policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
